These are not council minutes and have not been passed to Council for approval and therefore amendments may be made before submitting to the council for approval at the next meeting. Notes from the June 2020 Virtual Council Meeting.

The meeting lasted just under 3 hours and the full meeting can be viewed below. Comments are enabled below.

If you wish to formally comment on the Dobshill planning application, we advise that you comment directly on the Flintshire Planning Portal here:

You can view the full applications and visuals with this link.

Any comments received by the Community Council will be included in our formal submission. The planning application is decided by the Local Planning Authority (Flintshire County Council) by the planning committee, following a report by the Chief Officer - Planning to advise on policies which need to be considered. The Community Council is a statutory consultee and consequently take our assessment of the local impact very seriously. This application is complex and there could be significant consequences for neighbours, traffic and livelihoods. A further meeting to discuss this application has been called for the 24th June 6:30pm. If you are interested in attending virtually, please contact the clerk - clerk@penyfforddcouncil.org
