Planning - Rhos Road Apartments

This is an application for 36 retirement apartments on land off Rhos Road, opposite the Rhos Road site where planning permission has been granted for 40 houses.

The application has been approved by the planning inspector, despite being twice refused by the local planning authority. The details of the scheme have yet to be submitted but the inspector has conditioned that it must include 30% of affordable provision.

The application includes apartments with some communal space and gardens. The application was made in September 2017 and has been objected to by the Community Council and villagers.
