Wales in Bloom Awards 2026

What a wonderful achievement for our community.

The Wales in Bloom awards were held recently in Talgarth Town Hall, Powys and PPD Best Kept Community - Plants, Pots & Displays were awarded Silver Gilt status.

Also our entry into It’s Your Neighbourhood achieved - Thriving Level 4 .

Huge thanks to all who made this possible, hard work & determination from the group, support from our local council and everyone who joined in the MAD sessions. Special mention to Chris, Glyn & Streetscene who made sure we were looking our very best for the assessment day.

Not forgetting our residents who entered the Community Fest Day competitions, cleared their own pavements, trimmed hedges and joined the litter picks .

A final thanks to all supporting businesses and sponsors.
