July Planning Committee

The Flintshire planning committee will meet on the 18th July 1:00pm and included on the agenda is the application for 36 retirement apartments on Rhos Road, Penyffordd. Planning officers have recommended that it be approved. The public can attend the meeting or view the webcast via the Flintshire website. There will be a site visit by the planning committee at 9:30am on Monday 16th July.

The same committee will also decide on an application in Drury and three applications in Buckley including Spons Green, 435 houses, which has been recommended for refusal.
