A development of 32 semi-detached and detached 3 and 4 bedroom homes including 10 affordable homes.
Approved on appeal in February 2018.
Full planning approval was granted subject to conditions. The land has since been sold and a new developer (McBryde Homes) have submitted a revised plan for approval.
The revised plan is currently open to view and comment.
The plan is to commence the development as soon as possible during 2019 and it is likely to take around 3 years to complete.
Connections to adjacent developments
The only road access will be onto Hawarden Road.
There will be access through to Hawarden Road.
Foul drains will be connected on Hawarden Road. Surface water drains will pass to the west of the site into existing waterways alongside the A550.
