The Proposal
A development of 32 semi-detached and detached 3 and 4 bedroom homes including 10 affordable homes.

Planning Status
Approved on appeal in February 2018.
Full planning approval was granted subject to conditions. The land was sold and a new developer (McBryde Homes) submitted a revised plan which was approved.

Work is underway now.

Timescale
The plan is to commence the development as soon as possible during 2019 and it is likely to take around 3 years to complete.

Connections to adjacent developments
Roads
The only road access will be onto Hawarden Road.
Footpaths
There will be access through to Hawarden Road.
Drains
Foul drains will be connected on Hawarden Road. Surface water drains will pass to the west of the site into existing waterways alongside the A550.
